  • 4 cups boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, only green part
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • salt to taste

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok.
  2. Add crushed garlic and fry for 2 minutes or until golden.
  3. Now add boiled rice, soy sauce and green onions.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss well.
  6. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until heated thorough.
  7. Transfer into a serving dish.
  8. Garlic Rice is ready to serve.
