- 2-1/2 pounds beef fillets (undercut)
- 8 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 green chilies, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt

Step 1
Place beef fillets in a large bowl. Apply ginger garlic paste over the fillets. Season with salt and mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Step 2
Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or karahi over medium high heat. Add red pepper flakes. Cook and stir for 30 seconds then add tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add the beef fillets.
Step 3
Cover and cook for 40 minutes or until all water dries up and beef fillets are tender. Fry the fillets 5 minutes longer then remove from the fire. Transfer into a serving dish.
Step 4
Heat one tablespoon oil in a small pan. Fry green chilies for 1 minute then put the chilies on the cooked fillets. Transfer Karahi Beef Fillets in a serving dish. Karahi Beef Fillets are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
