Ingredients
- 2 large boiled potato, cubed
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1/8 tsp salt
Method
- Place yogurt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk with little water until smooth.
- Season with salt and cumin powder.
- Add potatoes; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle chat masala over the top.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Potato Raita is ready to serve.
