Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked shrimp – peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 4 green lettuce leaves
- 1 sprig chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Method:
- Place shrimp, eggs in a salad bowl.
- Stir in mayonnaise, dill and mustard.
- Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
- Shrimp Egg Salad is ready now.
- Serve chilled.
