- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar

Step 1
Place sugar, mustard, paprika, egg yolks and salt in a heavy saucepan. Whisk until smooth. Gradually stir in water and vinegar. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture is thickened.
Step 2
Remove from the heat. Let it cool completely. Place the cabbage in a bowl. Stir in dressing. Toss to coat.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until chill. Homemade Coleslaw Dressing is ready to serve.
