An easy to make, refreshing fruit salad with apricot gelatin, pineapple, buttermilk, and whipped cream. This is an excellent recipe. I use low fat buttermilk to reduce the fat , omit the sugar and use sugar free jello to cut the calories. No one suspects it is buttermilk giving it the rich texture and flavor.
