- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup plain yogurt, whipped
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon macaroni
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 10 green chilies, chopped
- 15 almonds
- 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- salt to taste
For Garnishing:
- 2 boiled eggs, cut into half
- 1 cup french fries

Directions:

Step 1
Wash and clean chicken and pat dry.
Step 2
Score chicken with a fork.
Step 3
Put yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, almonds, coriander and green chilies in a blender. Process and make a smooth paste.
Step 4
Spread this marinade on the whole chicken.
Step 5
Cover and marinate for 6 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
Step 6
Put marinated chicken in a deep wok. Add 1 cup water. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 40-45 minutes or until chicken tenderize and sauce thickens.
Step 7
Now add macaroni in it.
Step 8
Heat oil in anther sauce pan over medium heat. Fry garlic paste in it.
Step 9
Pour this mixture on top of the chicken.
Step 10
Take chicken out in a serving dish. Garnish with boiled egg and French fries. Bohri Roast is ready to serve.
