- 1 cup gram flour(besan)
- 1 cup cabbage, grated
- 1 potato, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying

Step 1
In a bowl, add gram flour, soy sauce, oyster sauce, baking soda, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
Step 2
Make a smooth batter by using water.
Step 3
Put all vegetables in it.
Step 4
Heat oil in a deep wok or pan over medium heat.
Step 5
Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil.
Step 6
Deep fry Pakoras on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 7
Remove from the oil and place them on an absorbent paper. Chinese Pakora is ready to serve.
