- 1 kg Potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 5 tablespoon dry pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 5 tablespoon gramflour (besan)
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon red chilies, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- oil for shallow frying
- 2 tomatoes,cut into rounds

Step 1
Place potatoes in a large bowl. Mash them properly.
Step 2
Add onion, tomato, coriander and green chilies in it.
Step 3
Add all the remaining ingredients except oil.
Step 4
Mix until well combined.
Step 5
Shape into kebabs and put one tomato slice over the each kebab. Lightly press it.
Step 6
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Shallow fry kebabs until crispy and golden brown.
Step 5
Take it out in a serving platter. Delicious Peshawari Potato Kebab is ready to serve.
