- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 3-4 onion slices
- 4 cloves
- 4 cardamoms

- Salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan, add all the spices and cook for a while and then add the meat.
