- 1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 large. green peppers, sliced thin
- 2 large. onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup. beef bouillon
- 6 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water

Step 1
Saute steak in oil with ginger, salt, pepper and garlic about 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink.
Remove meat; set aside and keep warm.
Step 2
Add green peppers and onion to pan and cook about 3 minutes or until barely tender.
Step 3
Return meat to pan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 8 minutes. Pepper Steak With Onions is ready to serve. ENJOY!
