Quick & Easy Appetizer: Stuffed Bread Rolls Recipe

Bread rolls taste great when they are stuffed with spicy veggies. Stuffed bread rolls are very versatile for lunch ideas even. These stuffed Rolls can be baked or fried.   • 1 cup potatoes (cooked & mashed)
  • 1/2 cup green peas (cooked)
  • 6-7 strands coriander leaves
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 2 tbsp rice Flour
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 5 bread slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Directions:

Step 1

Mix potatoes, green peas, coriander leaves and chillies made into paste, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Dip bread slice in water & squeeze out the water.

Step 3

Fill the mixture in bread & close the bread around the filling (filling should not come out).

Step 4

Roll it on rice flour so that the bread roll gets a coating of rice flour.

Step 5

Deep fry in oil for 5-6 minutes or or until golden brown.

Step 6

Remove from the oil then drain on paper towel. Stuffed Bread Rolls are ready to serve. ENJOY!
