  • 1 cup boiled potato (cut into 1 cm dices)
  • 1 cup  pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup  plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chilly (finely chopped)-this is optional.
  • salt & sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp  chaat masala

Step 1

Beat curd then add salt & sugar. Mix well.

Step 2

To this add boiled potato dices & pomegranate seeds. Add green chillies and mix well.

Step 3

Add a pinch of chaat masala and mix. Serve in a glass bowl.

Step 4

Garnished with finely chopped coriander leaves & chaat powder. Aloo Anar Raita is ready to serve. Enjoy!
