    This recipe make 6 serving(s).

    Ingredients:

    • 6 turkey drumsticks (12 ounces each), skin removed
    • 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce
    • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
    • 3 tbsp cornstarch
    • 3 tbsp cold water
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

    Method:

    • Place enchilada sauce, chilies, oregano, garlic salt and cumin in a large bowl.
    • Mix until well combined.
    • Place the drumsticks in a 5-qt. slow cooker.
    • Top with sauce.
    • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender and no longer pink.
    • Remove turkey to a serving platter.
    • Keep warm.
    • Skim fat from cooking juices.
    • Transfer to a small saucepan.
    • Bring liquid to a boil.
    • In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
    • Gradually pour cornstarch mixture into the pan.
    • Bring to a boil.
    • Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    • Pour this sauce over the drumsticks.
    • King-Size Drumsticks are ready now.
    • Serve warm.

    • 1 mango – peeled seeded and cubed
    • 1 cup nonfat milk
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp white sugar
    • 1 tsp lemon juice

    Instructions

    Method

    • Place the mango, sugar, and honey in a blender.
    • Pour in the milk and lemon juice.
    • Process until well blended and smooth.
    • Divide the ice cubes between 2 glasses.
    • Pour mango smoothie over the ice.
    • Stir well.
    • Honey-Mango Smoothie is ready now.
    • Serve immediately.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
    • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cups plain yogurt
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice

    • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder

    • Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
    • Saute garlic for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Add onion and stir fry until its turns golden.
    • Stir in green chilies, tomatoes.
    • Cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft.
    • Season with red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
    • Add boiled Dal. Stir well.
    • Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked thorough.
    • Add kasoori methi and stir well.
    • Transfer into a serving bowl.
    • Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
    • Delicious Punjabi Dhaba Dal is ready to serve.

    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

    FOR SAUCE:

    • 1 cup water
    • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 3-1/2 tsp cornstarch
    • 3 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
    • 2 tsp rice vinegar
    • 2 tsp peanut butter
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

    Method:

    • Take a shallow bowl, add 1/2 cup flour and coconut milk to it. Mix well.
    • Place remaining flour, salt, garlic powder, ginger and cayenne in another shallow bowl.
    • Dip chicken in the coconut milk mixture then coat with flour.
    • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Brown chicken in batches.
    • Remove from the oil and transfer to a greased 13×9-inch. baking dish.
    • Bake, uncovered, at 400 degree F, for 30 minutes or until all juices run clear.

    TO MAKE SAUCE:

    • Meanwhile, take a small saucepan, combine the water, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar, peanut butter, cayenne and ginger to it.
    • Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low.
    • Cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    • Sprinkle with cilantro.
    • Thai Fried Chicken is ready now.
    • Serve with Sauce.

    Ingredients:

    For Sauce:

    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
    • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
    • 1/4 cup  Soup stock
    • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1-1/2 tsp Cornstarch

    Main Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • 2 tbsp Ginger, more if desired
    • 1 Chicken, with bones cut in bit sized pieced (boned works well, too)
    • 1  Lemon, sliced and seeded
    • 2 Green onion stalks, cut-into 1 1/2 in pieces

    • Combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
    • Heat wok or frying pan with oil and ginger over high heat.
