In a small bowl, combine together orange juice, black salt, chaat masala powder, caster sugar and lemon juice.
Cut all fruits into small cubes then place in a bowl.
Pour orange juice mixture over it.
Mix well.

Tamarind chutney is sweet and sour chutney, it is known as imli ki chutney or meethi (sweet) chutney.This Tamarind chutney takes a while to cook. But the outcome is absolutely amazing which makes you lick even the last drop!!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients
1 cup tamarind pulp
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup jaggery
1 tsp cumin seeds, roasted & crushed
1 tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp chat Masala
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Place tamarind pulp, jaggery and dry ginger powder in a saucepan.
Cook for 5 minutes or until jaggery dissolved.
Season with chili powder, cumin seeds, dry ginger powder, salt and black salt.
Add water and cook for 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Sprinkle chat masala over it.
Tamarind Chutney is ready now.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with samosa, pakora, cutlets or any other snack.

Place chicken in a mixing bowl. Stir in soy sauce and green chilies.Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Cut the sides of the bread slices. Roll slightly by using a roller pin. Put the stuffing in between on each bread slice. Seal edges by applying water. Roll up tightly.
Step 3
Dip in egg then coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a shallow pan over medium heat. Shallow fry bread rolls for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel. Bread Rolls are ready to eat.
There are many ways to include spinach in your meals and here is one spicy way _ that of spinach chaat. This is different type of chaat made with spinach leaves and topped with sev, imli chutney and chaat masalas. Try this easy recipe of Spinach chaat shown below. Your friends and family will love it!!
Rinse spinach properly and pat dry. Now heat 2 tablespoon oil in a large pan. Fry spinach leaves 2-3 minutes or crispy and all moisture has evaporated.
Step 2
Remove from the heat. Transfer into a bowl. Add the potatoes and peanuts. Stir in the lemon juice, black salt and imli chutney.
Step 3
Sprinkle chaat masala over it. Garnish with sev, coriander leaves and salt. Spinach Chaat is ready to serve. Enjoy!!

Today I’m going to share an easy and simple yet delicious Karahi Keema recipe for you. Karahi Keema tastes great when cook with all spices and tomatoes. Cooking in Karahi develop a different taste of dishes. In this recipe mince is cooked in karahi which is super delicious when prepared.

Serve as main dish after garnishing with coriander leaves. Try this Karahi keema recipe and don’t forget to share your experience with us !!
Heat oil in a deep wok or karahi. Saute onion in hot oil until lightly browed.
Step 2
Now add the ginger garlic paste. Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Then add the mutton mince and salt. Cook and stir for 15 minutes or until no longer pink.
Step 4
Add the water and cover the pan and let it cook for 40 minutes or until the meat is half- cooked.
Step 5
Remove the lid. Add tomatoes, cumin powder, red chili, and coriander powder. Cook on hight heat for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is ready.
Step 6
Sprinkle the all spices over it.
Step 7
Garnish with green chilies, ginger and coriander. Simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes or until the oil floats on top. Karahi Keema is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Add water to besan and make a thick batter.
Step 3
Season with salt, red chili powder and mango powder. Blend it well.

Dip each piece of cauliflower in batter. Fry these pieces one by one till they turn golden brown. Cauliflower Pakora is ready to serve.

Serve with a chili sauce, mint yogurt sauce, or sweet and sour sauce

Soak 4 slices of bread in water then gently squeeze out the water.
Place potatoes and bread slices in a large bowl. Slightly mash the boiled potatoes, add the spices and salt. Now add fresh coriander, mint, green chilies and garlic.
Mix well.
Shape into kebabs.
Dip tikki in egg then fry until golden brown. Sindhi Aloo Tikki is ready to serve.
