    Ingredients

    • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    • 1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 4 large eggs
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press crumb-mixture on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Set aside.

    Step 3

    In another large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in Condensed Milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan.

    Step 4

    Bake in the preheated oven for 65 minutes or until cake center is set. Leave it to cool at room temperature. Chill thoroughly.

    Step 5

    Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9×13-in. baking pan.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups falooda
    • 2 cups whipping cream
    • 2 tin mix fruit cocktail
    • 1 tin ( 385 gm) sweet condensed milk
    • 2 tbsp rose syrup

    Method

    • Place whipping cream and condensed milk in a large bowl.
    • Beat until light and fluffy.
    • Fold in the fruits (Reserve fruit syrup for any other purpose).
    • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
    • Take it out from the freezer.
    • Stir in the falooda and rose syrup.
    • Again keep in the freeze until chilled.
    • Homemade Fruit Falooda is ready to serve.
    • Enjoy!!

    Ingredients

    • 2-1/2 cup of water
    • 2 cups banaspati rice
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup warm milk
    • 1 tin tutti fruiti
    • 3 cloves
    • 3 cinnamin sticks
    • 3 green cardamom
    • 1/2 cup dry fruit
    • 1/2 cup clarified butter
    • a pinch of yellow food color
    • salt to taste
    • nuts for garnishing

    Method

    • Wash rice with few changes of water then soak in water for 30 minutes.
    • Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat.
    • Saute the cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom pods for 1 minute or until the spices crackle.
    • Stir in the rice, water and tutti frutti.
    • Meanwhile, take a saucepan, add 1/2 cup of water and sugar.
    • Cook few minutes and make a sugar syrup.
    • Stir in the milk and yellow food color.
    • Pour this sugar syrup over the rice.
    • Cover and simmer it for 15 minutes ( put on dam).
    • Take it out in a serving dish.
    • Fruity Rice is ready to serve.

    Ingredients

    • 200 gm butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups self-raising flour
    • 1 cup caster sugar
    • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
    • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
    • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 tbsp grated lemon rind
    • melted butter, to grease

    For Lemon Glaze:

    • 1 cup icing sugar mixture, sifted
    • 1-1/2 tbsp hot water
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    Method

    • Preheat oven to 350 degree F (170 degree C). Lightly grease an 11 x 21 cm loaf pan with melted butter. Line the base of loaf pan with non-stick baking paper.
    • In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar. Stir in lemon rind. Beat until pale and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    • Now add desiccated coconut into the egg mixture.
    • Fold into the flour.
    • Stir in lemon juice and milk until just combined.
    • Spoon mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
    • Spread evenly.
    • Place loaf pan in the preheated oven.
    • Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    • Let it cool for 5 minutes.
    • Then turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
    • To make Lemon Glaze, stir together the icing sugar, water and vanilla.
    • Drizzle Glaze over the warm cake.
    • Top with flaked coconut. Cut into slices.
    • Lemon Coconut Cake is ready to serve.
