Ingredients
10 ounce self raising flour
8 ounce butter, softened
4 ounce caster sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Grease a large loaf pan with butter and line the base with butter paper.
Set aside.
In a bowl, beat butter with sugar for 5 minutes or until creamy.
Stir in vanilla essence.
Now gradually add 1 egg.
In a separate bowl, sieve flour and baking powder.
Fold this mixture into butter mixture.
Beat again until smooth and creamy.
Add mashed bananas, milk and chocolate chips.
Stir together then pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Place pan in the preheated oven.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick insert in the center comes out clean.
Leave it to cool on the wire rack.
Then remove from the oven and cut into slices.

In a large bowl, mix together the cookie crumbs and butter.

Press crumb mixture onto bottom of 9-in springform pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Nan Khatai is a popular sweet snack which is equally liked by kids as well as elders. I am a huge fan of these nan khatais. It’s the NanKhatai recipe you would want when you suddenly crave for cookies.
Does this recipe rings a bell? Khasta nankhatais from your favorite bakery shop – so what does Khasta mean? Khasta means light and flaky and Nankhatai is referred to as a shortbread or biscuits. This is super easy fail proof recipe that has been tested and tried many times in my kitchen.
Nan Khatai are simple to make if you ask me.Nothing complicated and no fancy ingredients. No baking soda and baking powder added in this recipe. Does this make you walk away from the recipe? Please wait and learn the secret to these khasta nankhatai recipe. Secret to these flaky nankhatai is the amount of ghee/butter that goes in them. No water or milk is added to this recipe.
Bake these goodies for 12- 15 minutes. Depending on the oven, cooking time may vary. Unlike other cookies, nankhatais will not brown up and when taken out of the oven they will still be soft and gooey.

Ingredients
1-1/4cupplain flour
1/4cupsemolinafine sooji
3/4cupbutter or gheeshould be at room temperature not melted
1/2cup+1 tablespoon superfine Sugar
1teaspoonVanilla
a pinch of Cardamom Powder
few almondspistachios and cashew nuts, for sprinkling
Instructions
Assemble all the ingredients.
Cream the butter and sugar till it turns fluffy.
Stir in the vanilla, flour and sooji. Make smooth dough of this mixture.
Stir in the vanilla and cardamom powder.
Knead a soft dough. Butter or ghee is the secret to light/flaky (khasta) nankhatai’s.
Roll the dough into a big circle.
Roll out medium sized balls and put a almond or cashew nut on the top of each piece.
(One way is to use a cookie cutter and cut out the nan khatais.
Other way and the original way to shape nan khatais is to take a small dough ball in your hand.)
Preheat oven at 150 degree C.
Place nankhatai cookies on a greased baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on the counter and allow them to cool.
They will still be soft when you remove the tray from oven.
NanKhatai is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Sieve flour and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until creamy and fluffy.
Stir in chocolate essence.
Then fold in the sieved flour mixture.
Pour this batter in a 13X9 inch greased baking tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until toothpick insert into the center comes out clean.
Remove cake from tin on a napkin.
Then roll immediately.
Unroll the cake and drizzle canned syrup.
Spread fresh cream and fruits over it.
Again roll the cake.
Place on a serving plate.
Top with fresh cream,
Sprinkle icing sugar and cocoa powder over it.
Garnish with cherries and grated chocolate.

Serve this black forest chocolate roll after meal as a dessert.
In a bowl, combine together flour, salt, sugar, Instant yeast and oil.
Knead a soft dough with lukewarm water.
Leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Grease a pizza pan with butter.
Divide pizza dough into 3 equal portions.
Roll pizza dough into 3 circles size of a quarter plate.
On one half of each circle sprinkle cheese, tomato, onion, capsicum and shredded chicken Tikka.
Sprinkle oregano over it.
Top with grated cheese.
Brush the edges of each pizza base with oil.
Fold the plain half over to form a semi circle.
Press the edges firmly.
Place pizza pockets on greased pizza pan.
Brush with oil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into half.
Pizza Pockets are ready to serve.

Marble Cake is a wonderfully rich and buttery cake that gives you two cakes in one (a chocolate cake and a white cake). The marbling effect is created by placing white and chocolate cake batters, alternately in a bundt pan, and then running a knife (do not stir) through the two batters. Marble cakes may look complicated, but they actually start with a basic pound cake batter.
In a food processor or a chopper, add onion, capsicum, red chilies, coriander, green chilies and garlic.
Process until well combined.
Spread this batter on chicken strips.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Mix well.
Marinate for 30 minutes then add beaten eggs, flour, corn flour, semolina and 4 tbsp oil in it.
Toss well to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry chicken strips for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Spicy Chicken Finger is ready to serve.

Remove about 15 large leaves from the cabbage; cut off very thick part of each leaf.

Pour boiling water over the cabbage to wilt the leaves.

Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Combine ground chuck with the rice, grated onion, eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
