    For Dough:

    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • Water to Knead dough
    • 2tbsp oil
    • little salt
    • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

    For Stuffing:

    • 3-4 boiled potatoes,peeled and mashed
    • 1/2 cup green peas,boiled
    • 1-2 green chilies,finely chopped
    • 1/2 tsp ginger,crushed
    • 1 tbsp fresh coriander,finely chopped
    • 4 tbsp cashew nuts
    • 4 tbsp raisins
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • salt to taste
    • red chili powder to taste
    • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

    Step 1

    To Make dough: Mix all the ingredients except water. Add a little water at a time.

    Step 2

    Pat and knead well for several times into a soft pliable dough. Cover it with moist Muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Step 3

    To Make Stuffing : In a bowl add mashed potatoes and all dry masalas (salt, chili powder, mango powder, garam masala) and green chilies, ginger and Mix well.

    Step 4

    Add green peas, cashews and raisins and mix well. Add coriander leaves and keep aside.

    Step 5

    Make small rolls of dough and roll it into a 4″-5″ diameter circle. Cut it into two parts like semi-circle.

    Step 6

    Now take one semi circle and fold it like a cone. Use water while doing so.

    Step 7

    Place a spoon of filling in the cone and seal the third side using a drop of water.

    Step 8

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown (fry on a medium flame).

    Drain on paper towel. Vegetable samosa is ready to serve.

  • Fresh & Flavorful: The Perfect Green Peas Paratha Recipe

    Ingredients:
    For Stuffing:

    • 500 gm green peas
    • 5 garlic cloves
    • 1 inch ginger piece
    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 3-4 green chillies
    • salt to taste

    For Paratha:

    • 2 cup of Wheat Floor
    • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil

    How to make Green Peas Paratha:

    • Mix green peas, ginger,garlic, cumin seeds , green chilies into mixing jar and grind finely till it forms smooth paste.
    • Then Heat oil in pan and add green paste to it.
    • Add salt and Keep stiring it till water get soaked.
    • Then spread the mixture into a wide plate for cooling.
    • Make the tight dough for parathas.
    • Stuff the mixture and roll into parathas.
    • Cook on preheated griddle(tawa).
    • Add little oil to fry.
    • Green Peas Paratha is ready for serve.
    • Serve hot with green chutney.
