    Rinse rice with few changes of water. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes then drain well in a fine sieve. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion in butter until crisp-tender. Add Bay leaf and cook for 1 minute. Season with cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric and salt.

    Step 2

    Place chicken to the skillet. Stir in curry paste. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until aromatic.

    Step 3

    Stir in rice, raisins and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to very low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes or until all water dries up. Turn off the heat. Replace lid and let stand for 10 minutes . Stir in the peas. Sprinkle with cilantro.Transfer into a serving dish.     Marinate meat for at least 5 hours with papaya paste, ginger/garlic paste, 1 tbsp oil and salt.

    Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook till meat becomes tender.

    Turn the sticks once.

    Put tomato ketchup, lemon juice, tamarind pulp, chat masala, red chillies, and black pepper in a bowl to make a mixture.

    When meat becomes tender and all the water dries up, add the tomato mixture and cook till water dries up. Delicious chilli milli beef is ready.

    Take it out in a serving dish. Garnish with sliced onion and lemon.

    • 2 cups falooda
    • 2 cups whipping cream
    • 2 tin mix fruit cocktail
    • 1 tin ( 385 gm) sweet condensed milk
    • 2 tbsp rose syrup

    Method

    • Place whipping cream and condensed milk in a large bowl.
    • Beat until light and fluffy.
    • Fold in the fruits (Reserve fruit syrup for any other purpose).
    • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
    • Take it out from the freezer.
    • Stir in the falooda and rose syrup.
    • Again keep in the freeze until chilled.
    • Homemade Fruit Falooda is ready to serve.

    Any meat eaters who do not like fried chicken? Isn’t chicken awesome? So many ways to cook it! Well here is my version of crispy fried chicken that will absolutely leave you wanting MORE! [highlight]On the PLUS side, it is sooo easy to make _ an absolute no fail recipe[/highlight]. It’s not an exact match for KFC but its fairly close and tastes great. You can also use the mixed spices on chicken, etc. I am still working on perfecting it, messing around with different spices and the amounts but its a good place to start.

    With the summer in full swing, this easy fried chicken recipe is suddenly a favorite in the house for quick meals. This fried chicken recipe can be twisted and turned to suit the occasion.     • 1 broiler/fryer chicken 3 to 4 pounds, cut up
    • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1-1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • Oil for frying

    Instructions

    • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
    • Place chicken into the bag, a few pieces at a time.
    • Seal bag and shake to coat.
    • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Fry chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on all sides.
    • Reduce heat to medium.
    • Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear, turning occasionally.
    • Uncover and cook 5 minutes longer.
    • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
    • Fried Chicken is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    For Kebabs:

    • 500 gm chicken mince
    • 1 onion, finely chopped

    • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp red chili powder

    Method:

    To Make Kebabs:

    • Place all kebab ingredients in a large bowl.
    • Mix until well combined.
    • Make long kebabs on skewers.
    • Shallow fry kebabs in oil and give coal dam.
    • Set aside and keep warm.

    To Make Gravy:

    • Heat oil in a wok or karahi.
    • Saute onion in hot oil until translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook 1 minute longer. Then add tomatoes, red chili, salt and little water. Cook for 15 minutes or until soft and oil comes on top.
    • Put kebabs cook into the wok.
    • Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
    • Take it out in a serving dish.
    • Garnish with ginger and coriander leaves.

    Step 1

    • 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into 2 inch pieces

    • 3 tablespoon tikka boti masala
    • 2 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
    • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

    For Tikka Biryani:

    • 1 kg basmati rice, cooked
    • 1 packet sindhi biryani masala
    • 2 chicken cubes
    • 4 onions, thinly sliced
    • 3 potatoes, cut into 12 pieces
    • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    • 6 green chilies, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/2 cup chopped mint and coriander leaves
    • 4 tablespoon oil or clarified butter
    • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon black cumin
    • 2 pinch of yellow food color
    • oil as required

    Step 1

    Place chicken in a large mixing bowl.

    Add ginger garlic paste, vinegar, yogurt,tikka masala, salt, red chilli,cumin powder in it. Stir to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven on 150 degree C. Light grease a baking dish with cooking oil.

    Step 4

    Arrange chicken in the greased baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken tenders and lightly golden.

    Step 5

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan. Add onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or golden brown.

    Step 6

    Add ginger garlic paste , chicken cubes and tomatoes. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until tomatoes become soft.

    Step 7

    Add potatoes, green chilies, yogurt. Stir well. Cook 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Now stir in the sindhi biryani masala. Mix well. Turn the heat off and set aside.

    Step 8

    Layer boiled rice , food colour, chicken curry,coriander and mint leaves. Repeat again this procedure.

    Step 9

    Sprinkle black cumin and brown onion on the top. Drizzle with 4 tablespoon oil.

    Step 10

    Put the lid on and let it cook for 15 minutes on very low flame.

    Step 11

    Stir in the way that some rice are white and some yellow and some are orange. Dish it out. Delicious Tikka Biryani is ready to serve.
