    Creamy Fruit Chaat

    Fresh fruit cream chat serve as sweet dish after meal best dessert for Ramadan. One upon a day, juicy and fresh fruit chaat was taken to the next level and cream was added to it. Today,I’am taking it even higher by adding chickpeas and potatoes to it and making it simply irresistible. Give it a try!

    Ingredients

    • 2 packets fresh cream, chilled
    • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
    • 1 cup grapes
    • 1 can cocktail fruit
    • 4 banana, sliced
    • 4 guava, chopped
    • 2 apples, chopped
    • 2 mangoes, chopped
    • 2 peaches, chopped
    • 1 boiled potato, chopped
    • 4 tbsp caster sugar
    • 1-1/2 chaat masala
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp salt

    Directions:

    1. Put all fruits in a large bowl.
    2. Add fresh cream, caster sugar, black pepper, salt and chat Masala.
    3. Mix well.
    4. Cream Fruit Chaat is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
    • Serve chilled.

    Juicy Fruit Chaat

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup grapes
    • 1 cup pineapple chunks
    • 1 cup papaya
    • 1 cup apple
    • 4 bananas
    • 2 guava
    • 1 glass orange juice
    • 4 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
    • 1/2 tsp black salt

    Instructions

    Method

    • In a small bowl, combine together orange juice, black salt, chaat masala powder, caster sugar and lemon juice.
    • Cut all fruits into small cubes then place in a bowl.
    • Pour orange juice mixture over it.
    • Mix well.
    • Juicy Fruit Chaat is ready to serve. ENJOY!

    • 1/4 tsp Black pepper coarse ground

    • 3 tbsp Lime juice( preferably freshly squeezed)
    • 3 tbsp Orange juice( preferably freshly squeezed)
