    Step 1

    Place the garlic, salt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and olive oil in a quart-sized jar.

    Step 2

    Submerge an immersion blender in the mixture to the bottom of the jar.

    Step 3

    Mix with the blender resting on the bottom of the jar until the ingredients thicken, 1 to 2 minutes.

    Step 4

    Angle the mixer to pull ingredients from the sides of the jar and lift it toward the top to better combine.

    Step 5

    Continue blending until the mixture reaches a texture similar to mayonnaise. Take it out in a bowl. Thick Garlic Sauce is ready to serve. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 4 tomatoes, chopped
    • 8 garlic cloves, minced
    • 15 dry red chilies, crushed
    • 3/4 cup chopped onion
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1-1/2 tbsp corn flour
    • 2 tsp all spice powder
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • salt to taste

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Place all ingredients except sugar and cornflour in a large saucepan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until tomatoes and onion are tender. Remove from the heat. Let it cool.

    Step 2

    Transfer it into a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Now return to the sauce pan. Add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

    Step 3

    Dissolve cornflour in a little water. Pour cornflour mixture into the saucepan. Stir gently. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken. Transfer to jars.Cool completely. Chili Garlic Sauce is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
