    • 1 kg chicken
    • 4 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon garlic paste

    • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

    Step 1

    Put coraiander leaves,green chillies and cashews in a blender or food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.

    Step 2

    Take it out in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, turneric powder and salt. Mix well.

    Step 3

    Put chicken into the yogurt mixture. Stir to coat evenly. Cover and marinate chicken for 2 hours to blend flavors.

    Step 4

    Heat oil in a deep wok or karahi over medium heat.

    Step 5

    Add chicken along with marination. Cook and stir for 10 minutes on high flame or until chicken is longer pink.

    Step 6

    Then reduce the heat and cook and stir for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.

    Step 7

    Dish it out. Chicken and Coriander Curry is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    3. Cook for 2 minutes then add tomato ketchup, honey , sugar, crushed red pepper and salt.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Cook for 5 minutes then add sweet corn with 1 cup of water.
    6. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
    7. Dissolve cornflour in 1/4 cup water.
    8. Add cornflour mixture in it.
    9. Stir constantly.
    10. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until it become thick.
    11. Remove from the heat
    12. Take it out in a bowl and let it cool completely.
    13. When cool add all vegetables.
    14. Toss to coat evenly.
    15. Dish out in a serving dish.

    Step 1

    In a small bowl, combine together the paprika, thyme, sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, cayenne pepper. Rub spice-mixture over the both sides of chicken. Broil 3-4 inch. from the heat for 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

    When chicken is cool enough to handle, shred with 2 forks. Let it cool completely. Set aside seasoning packet from ramen noodles. Break ramen noodles into small pieces. Place noodles, cabbage, broccoli coleslaw, onions and chicken in a large bowl. Toss with sesame seeds and almonds.

    Step 3

    In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients. Add the contents of seasoning packet. Shake well.
