    • 1 kg mutton mince
    • 2 cups of parboiled Rice
    • 1 cup yellow lentils
    • 4 small Onions,thinly sliced
    • 1 tsp black cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp white Cumin seeds
    • 1 tbsp Garam masala
    • 6 tbsp ghee Or Oil
    • salt to taste

    • 8 cloves of Garlic
    • 1 small piece of ginger
    • 1 small bunch of Coriander leaves

    Step 1

    Apply the grounded masala to the minced mutton and leave for about 3 to 4 hours.

    Step 2

    Wash the dal and soak in 2 cups of water for an hour, then add 1 tsp. salt and boil until cooked.

    Step 3

    Heat 4 tbsp Ghee or Oil and fry the sliced onions until crispy.

    Step 4

    Add a little more ghee or oil ( if required) and fry the marinated mutton, when fried to a brown color, add 1/2 cup of water and cook on a slow flame.

    Step 5

    Once all the water is absorbed mix the mutton with the cooked dal.
    Pound cumin seeds, black cumin seeds and mix with the garam masala.

    Step 6

    Heat 2 tbsp ghee or oil in a large vessel and put 1/3 of the cooked rice, over it put half mixture of mutton, sprinkle fried onions and pounded spices.

    Step 7

    Repeat the layers ending with rice, sprinkle fried onions and pour ghee or oil over it.

    Step 8

    Put the dish in an oven so that the rice gets properly cooked. Easy Keema Pulao is ready to serve. Enjoy!

This Keema Noodles recipe is one of my family favorite recipe and specially my younger brother love it. Its a very quick Keema Noodles Recipe. Give it a try, hope you like it.

    Prep Time:10 minutes
    Cook Time: 30 minutes

    Difficulty Level: Easy

    • 1 pack spaghetti
    • 500 gm chicken mince (you can use ground beef as well)
    • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
    • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
    • 1/2 cup boiled peas
    • 1/4 cup black olives
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Boil the Spaghetti in a large sauce pan. Follow directions on box for cooking.

    Step 2

    When spaghetti is cooked, rinse with cold water. Set aside.

    Step 3

    Put oil in a large fry pan and cook the chicken mince. Cook on medium to high heat, till the meat is well done.

    Step 4

    Now add the carrots, olives and green peas. Cook for a few minutes.

    Step 5

    Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir fry.

    Step 6

    Keep stirring for a few minutes, now add the spaghetti and mix well.

    Step 7

    When the spaghetti and vegetables are mixed well, add the vinegar and soy sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.

    Step 8

    Dish it out. Keema Noodles is ready to serve. Serve immediately.

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Step 2

    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, about 7 minutes.

    Step 3

    Stir in beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned, about 7 minutes.

    Step 4

    Drain all but 1 tablespoon fat. Add tomatoes, oregano, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper; bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook, covered, for 15 minutes.

    Step 5

    Uncover, and simmer for 15 minutes more. Remove from heat; set aside.

    Step 6

    Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt. Add macaroni; cook until al dente.

    Step 7

    Drain macaroni; set aside.

    Step 8

    Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook, whisking constantly, for 1 minute. Increase heat to high, and while continuing to whisk, add milk and remaining 3/4 teaspoon salt.
    Bring to a boil, and remove from heat.

    Step 9

    Beat eggs in a small bowl.

    Step 10

    Slowly whisk in 1 cup of hot cream sauce, being careful not to scramble eggs, then beat egg mixture back into cream sauce. Whisk in 3/4 cup Parmesan.

    Step 11

    Brush a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with butter.

    Step 12

    Add half of the macaroni and Cover with 1 1/2 cups cheese sauce. Spread beef mixture evenly over. Layer with remaining macaroni; sprinkle with feta cheese.

    Step 13

    Top with remaining cheese sauce, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.

    Step 14

    Bake in oven until golden and bubbling, 35 minutes. Let stand until firm, about 15 minutes. Keema Macaroni is ready to serve.Enjoy!

    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder zeera powder
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
    • 8-10 curry leaves
    • 2 tablespoon hot and sweet sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
    • 4 hard boiled eggs.
    • Salt to taste
    • For Garnishing
    • 1 double fried egg
    • 1 tablespoon coriander chopped

    Instructions

    Method

    • Heat oil in a wok or deep pan over medium heat. Saute the onion in it.
    • Add garlic and ginger.Cook and stir for 1 minutes. Then add tomato. Season with powdered spices and salt. Stir well.
    • Add thai curry paste, curry leaves and chicken mince. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
    • Add hot and sweet sauce and mustard paste. Mix well.
    • Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes on a medium flame or until half done.
    • Fry the keema on high flame for 3 minutes. Add a little water and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally mix in the shredded egg .
    • Garnished with wedges of hard boiled eggs and chopped coriander. Chicken Keema and Egg is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with boiled rice or chapati.

    Cover with a lid and cook it on a low flame for 10-12 minutes or until half-done. Now keep the heat on high and mix the content thoroughly.

    Add rice, cook and stir for few minutes then add water and milk.

    Adjust the seasoning and cover it with lid and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the rice is done.

    When the rice is done, sprinkle the saffron water on the top.

    Step 1

    Rinse and drain fish properly. Cut into large pieces.

    Step 2

    Sprinkle salt and turmeric over it and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Step 3

    Place fish pieces in a heatproof microwave dish. Pour 4 tbsp of water over the fish and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.

    Step 4

    Let stand it for 5 minutes in the oven. Then remove from the Microwave.

    Step 5

    Remove the bones from the fish and mash it coarsely.

    Step 6

    Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves in it. Fry for 1 minute or until they crackle.

    Step 7

    Then add chopped onions and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden.

    Step 8

    Add ginger garlic paste,tomatoes,yogurt and red chili powder. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes until water dry and the spices cook well.

    Step 9

    Add mashed fish in it and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Keep Stirring.

    Step 10

    Remove from the heat. Sprinkle garam masala over it.

    Step 11

    Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves. Fish Keema Curry is ready to serve.

  • Recipe: Keema Pakora (Minced Meat Fritters)

    Pakora is a famous snack of Pakistani cuisine and every one like to eat it. Chicken pakoras are common but chicken keema pokaras are rare and delicious so need to try it.I have used chicken keema in this Keema pakora recipe. You may use mutton keema or minced beef also. Do give it an attempt as its easy. In this recipe key ingredient of pakora is chicken mince. Serve these easy to make Keema pakora with imli sauce or ketchup at tea time. Super Easy to make and delicious too.

    Ingredients

    • 250 gm chicken mince Keema
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 1 medium onion chopped
    • 4 green chilies thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup gram flour
    • 1/4 cup rice flour
    • 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp hot spice
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying

    Instructions

    Method

    • Put chicken mince in a large bowl.
    • Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, egg, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili, gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, hot spice and salt. Mix well.
    • Add a little water to make a thick batter.
    • Heat sufficient oil in a deep wok.
    • Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers.
    • Deep fry on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
    • Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper. Keema Pakora is ready to eat. ENJOY!!

    Step 1

    Heat oil in a non-stick deep bottom skillet over medium heat.

    Step 2

    When oil hot, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste.
    Cook and stir until lightly brown.

    Add red chili, coriander, cumin powder, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.

    Step 4

    Add chopped tomato, green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes or until tomato is fully tender.

    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/2 cup Almonds, blanched
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

    • 1 tsp coriander seeds
    • 1 tsp coconut powder
    • 2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 4 green chilies
    • 1 bunch fresh coriander
    • A piece of coal

    Directions:

    1. Heat oil in a skillet or pan, add ground mince and ginger garlic paste.
    2. Cook for 5 minutes then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt.

    4. Heat a griddle(tawa), stir together almonds, cumin seeds,coriander seeds and coconut powder.
    5. Cook for 30 seconds then remove from the heat.
    6. Then grind in a grinder.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm Mutton Keema
    • 2 lb potatoes
    • 4 onions, chopped thinly
    • 4 cloves
    • 4 cinnamon sticks
    • 4 cardamoms
    • 8 garlic flakes
    • Small piece ginger
    • 2 tsp poppy seeds
    • 2 eggs
    • salt, turmeric, red chilli powder
    • 4 tsp besan flour
    • Oil for deep frying
    • Few coriander leaves and curry leaves, finely chopped

     

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Boil potatoes, peel the skin and mash the potatoes.

    Step 2

    Grind ginger and garlic to fine paste. Grind cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms and poppy seeds.

    Step 3

    Add this to mashed potato mixture then add coriander leaves and curry leaves and mix well.

    Step 4

    Wash keema.

    Step 5

    Add onions, salt, chilli powder and turmeric to keema, mix well add some water and cook.

    Step 6

    When cooked grind this and add ginger-garlic paste and mashed potato mixture to it.

    Step 7

    Take besan flour and add some water and beat eggs in that and mix well.

    Step 8

    Heat oil in a shallow pan over medium heat. Take Keema mixture and make small balls.

    Step 9

    Take each ball and dip in the besan flour mixture and put them in oil and fry until golden brown.

    Step 10

    Deep fry all the keema balls. Keema Cutlet is ready to serve.

    Washed rice properly with a few changes of water. Then soaked in the water for 30 minutes.
