    Ingredients:

    • 250 gm cottage cheese
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon mango powder
    • oil For deep frying

    For the batter:

    • 1 cup Gram flour (besan).
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • a pinch of baking soda
    • salt to taste
    • water as required

     

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Cut the cottage cheese into square, thick cubes.

    Step 2

    Sprinkle red chili powder and mango powder on each piece.

    Step 3

    Make the batter by mixing the gram flour with red chili powder, salt, soda and sufficient water to make a slightly thick batter.

    Step 4

    Dip each piece of cottage cheese into the batter and deep fry in heated oil till it turns golden brown. Paneer Pakora is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:

    • Serve with green chutney.

    Pakora is a famous snack of Pakistani cuisine and every one like to eat it. Chicken pakoras are common but chicken keema pokaras are rare and delicious so need to try it.I have used chicken keema in this Keema pakora recipe. You may use mutton keema or minced beef also. Do give it an attempt as its easy. In this recipe key ingredient of pakora is chicken mince. Serve these easy to make Keema pakora with imli sauce or ketchup at tea time. Super Easy to make and delicious too.

    Ingredients

    • 250 gm chicken mince Keema
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 1 medium onion chopped
    • 4 green chilies thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup gram flour
    • 1/4 cup rice flour
    • 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp hot spice
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying

    Instructions

    Method

    • Put chicken mince in a large bowl.
    • Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, egg, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili, gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, hot spice and salt. Mix well.
    • Add a little water to make a thick batter.
    • Heat sufficient oil in a deep wok.
    • Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers.
    • Deep fry on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
    • Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper. Keema Pakora is ready to eat. ENJOY!!

    Egg Fenugreek Pakora

    Egg Fenugreek Pakora Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 8 Eggs
    • 1 cup fenugreek Leaves chopped
    • 3 tablespoon fresh Coriander leaves chopped
    • 2 green Chillies finely chopped
    • 3 stalks Spring Onions finely chopped
    • 4 tablespoon chickpea flour or besan
    • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
    • 1/2 teaspon red chilli powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon Carom Seeds/ajwain optional
    • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • salt to taste
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    Method

    • Boil the eggs till hard and well cooked.
    • Drain and dunk in cold water.
    • Remove the shell and chop the eggs.
    • Mix fenugreek leaves (methi), coriander leaves,green chillies and spring onions in a bowl and add gram flour to it and mix well.
    • Now add carom seeds, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, soda bicarbonate and salt to it and mix well.
    • Add chopped boiled egg to the mixture and splash a little water and combine the ingredients well.
    • In a wok, heat sufficient oil over medium heat.
    • Now take a spoonful of the egg mixture and gently fry it in the oil.
    • Fry the pakoras in small batches till golden brown in color and perfectly cooked.
    • Drain into a paper towel. Egg Fenugreek Pakora is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.

    Ingredients

    • 4 boiled eggs
    • 1/4 cup chickpea flour (besan)
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Peel boiled eggs then cut into 2 halves. Sprinkle little salt and cayenne pepper on eggs.

    Step 2

    Place chickpea flour, salt and cayenne in a small bowl. Add the water little by little to get the right consistency. Mix until well combined.

    Step 3

    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

    Step 4

    Dip egg in the chickpea flour-paste.

    Step 5

    Then deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

    Step 6

    Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel. Egg Pakora is ready now to serve. ENJOY!!
