    • 1 kg mince meat
    • 1 cup ghee or butter
    • 1/2 cup fried onion, crushed
    • 4 tablespoon papaya paste
    • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and crushed
    • 1-1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • salt to taste

    Other Ingredients

    • a piece of Coal

    For Garnishing:

    • Ring onion
    • few coriander leaves
    • green chilies
    • lemon wedges

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Place mince and all ingredients (except gheee) in a large bowl.

    Step 2

    Mix until well combined.

    Step 3

    Cover and marinate overnight to blend flavors.

    Step 4

    Heat ghee or butter in a large skillet or pan.

    Step 5

    Add marinated qeema. Stir and cook on low flame for 40 minutes or until cooked thorough.

    Step 6

    Now give dum of coal for a while.

    Step 7

    Dish it out.

    Step 8

    Garnish with ring onion, lemon wedges, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Angara Qeema is ready to serve.

    • 500 gm boneless chicken
    • 2 medium onion, chopped

    • 3 green cardamoms
    • 4 green chilies, thinly sliced
    • 2 teaspoon red pepper
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • salt according to taste
    • a piece of coal

    For Garnishing:

    • Few coriander leaves

    Step 1

    Heat oil in a wok or pot over medium heat.

    Step 2

    Sauté onion in hot oil until transculant.

    Step 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste. Cook and stir for 1 minutes or until aromatic.

    Add cardamom pods, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder.

    Step 5

    Stir well.

    Step 6

    Put chicken into the pot. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

    Step 7

    Now add yogurt. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until oil comes on top.

    Step 8

    Dish it out in a heat proof dish.

    Step 9

    Sprinkle garam masala over it.

    Step 10

    Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.

    Put a piece of onion skin in the middle of the dish and place the burnt coal on it.

    Drop a little bit of oil on the coal.

    Immediately cover the dish.

    put the dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.

    Remove the dish from the oven.

    Discard coal. Delicious Dhuwan Dahi Chicken is ready to serve.

    Add mince in yogurt mixture. Stir until well combined.

    Cover and marinate for 2 hours or overnight is best.

    Now heat oil in a large pot or wok over medium heat.

    Add marinated mince.Cover the wok and cook on very low flame for 30-40 minutes or until all water dries up and mince is cooked.

    Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

    Put this pot on a hot griddle and give dam on low flame.

    In the end give charcoal smoke.

    Directions:

    Heat oil in a deep pot over medium heat.
