    Step 1

    In a large bowl, mix together the refined flour, semolina, ghee, milk, green cardamom powder, sugar, dry ginger powder, and salt.

    Step 2

    Gradually, add water and make a soft dough.

    Step 3

    Cover the dough with a wet cloth. Let it aside for 20 minutes.

    Step 4

    Now divide dough equally into eight portions.

    Step 5

    Form each into balls and roll out each ball into a 6″ diameter.

    Step 6

    Cook in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until brown on all sides.

    Step 7

    Remove from the oven and drizzle butter over them. Sweet Bakarkhani is ready to serve.

    Pour milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

    Add oil and egg. Knead powder milk in a soft dough. Now make small sized balls.

    Add mango puree and mix lightly so that ras malai do not break.

  • Almond Halwa Recipe

    Ingredients for Almond Halwa:

    • 1 cup Almonds
    • 1/2 cup of milk
    • 1/2 cup of ghee
    • 1/2 tsp of saffron
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • 3 cups of water

    How to make Almond Halwa:

    • Boil 2 cups of water and add badam to it.
    • Let it boil for 5 mins then allow it to cool.
    • Peel off the skin by pressing the badam.
    • Grind it by adding milk.
    • Add milk little by little so that u get a good paste.
    • It should neither be too watery nor too hard.
    • Soak saffron in 1/2 cup of hot water for 10 minutes.
    • Now mix one cup of sugar to 1/2 cup water.
    • Add the saffron water to it.
    • Allow the mixture to boil , keep stirring till you get a single thread consistency.
    • Now add the Almond  paste keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
      Add little ghee from time to time.
    • Continue the process at least 20 minutes or until  the mixture thickens.
    • Remove from the heat.
    • Take into a serving bowl.
    • Almond Halwa is ready to serve.

    • Dates should be fresh and big in size.
    • Wash them and pick out there seeds.

    • Fry it well.

    Chocolate Cake In Sandwich Maker

    Have you ever thought of making a cake in a sandwich maker? It is so easy and quick that just takes a few minutes to cook.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups plain flour
    • 2 tablespoon coco powder
    • 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup butter or oil
    • 1 cup caster sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 1/4 cup milk

    For Serving

    • vanilla ice cream
    • chocolate syrup
    • fruit of your choices

    Instructions

    • In a large bowl, Cream butter with sugar.
    • Now add eggs and beat well.
    • Sieve flour, baking powder and cocoa powder in another bowl.
    • Now fold dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
    • Stir in the 1/4 cup of milk and then whisk it well.
    • Meanwhile, Preheat your sandwich maker and brush with oil.
    • Once maker gets hot, Spoon enough batter to the sandwich maker.
    • Close it and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the green light of the sandwich maker appears.
    • Remove the cooked cake from the maker and repeat the same process with remaining batter.
    • Delicious Chocolate Cake is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    You can serve it with chocolate syrup.
    You can also have them just dusted with confectioner’s sugar.

    Cook until the mixture is dark brown, about 5-8 minutes.

    Step 5

    Add condensed milk and cook until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and thick, about 3 minutes.

    Add nuts stir fry for one minute and remove from heat.

    Spread the mixture evenly in a greased pan, sprinkle chopped walnuts.

    Step 8

    Press with the back of a metal spoon.

    Step 9

    Using a sharp knife mark squares and keep aside to set.

    Ingredients of Pistachio Halwa:

    • 1 1/2 cups shelled pistachio nuts
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 2 1/2 tbsp milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 4 1/2 tsp butter or ghee
    • Few drops vanilla essence

    How to make Pistachio Halwa:

    • Soak pistachio nuts in boiling water for 35 minutes.
    • Grease and base-line an 7 ” square plate.
    • Drain pistachio nuts thoroughly and grind with milk until finely chopped.
    • Stir in sugar.
    • Heat a large frying pan, add butter or ghee and melt over a low to medium heat.
    • Add nut paste and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture is very thick.
    • Stir in vanilla essence, then spread into prepared greased plate.
    • Leave to cool completely, then cut into Square or diamond shape pieces.
    • Pistachio Halwa is ready to serve.

    Ingredients Of Pineapple Dessert

    • 1 tin pineapple
    • 1/2 tin condensed milk
    • 1 packet cream
    • 2 tbsp gelatin
    • Almonds for garnishing

    How to make Pineapple Dessert:

    • Beat the cream till it becomes fluffy.
    • Add condensed milk in it and beat it again.
    • Drain the pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
    • Set it aside.
    • Now put gelatin in pineapple syrup and heat it till it dissolves.
    • Cool it at room temperature
    • Now mix the gelatin mixture and pineapple chunks in cream and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
    • Garnish it with whipped cream and almonds.
    • Pineapple Dessert is ready to serve.
      Serve chilled.

    Ingredients of Dry Date Pudding:

    • 1 tin evaporated milk
    • 20 dates

  • Sheer Khurma Recipe

    Ingredients of Sheer Khurma:

    • 1 package Vermicelli
    • 1-gallon fresh whole milk
    • 1-cup sugar
    • 20 cloves whole cardamom pods
    • 1/2-teaspoon cardamom powder
    • 1 cup slivered almond, cashews and pistachios
    • 1/2-cup fresh cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon saffron strands
    • 3 tablespoons Charolais nuts
    • 1/2-cup light brown raisins
    • 1/2-teaspoon rose water
    • 1-tablespoon butter

    How to make Sheer Khurma:

    • Fry the vermicelli in the butter until well browned but not burnt.
    • Fry on low heat until all the butter is dried.
    • Add in 1/4-cup sugar and fry again.
    • Add in the whole milk cup by cup, stirring constantly, and bring to boil.
    • Add in the raisins, whole cardamom, and 1/2 cup slivered almonds, cashews and pistachios, and the remaining sugar.
    • Reduce the heat and thicken the sheer korma to three-strand consistency, letting the milk boil until it is halved.
    • The vermicelli must be very soft by now.
    • Quickly add in the rose water, Charolais and fresh cream and let simmer covered for 10 minutes.
    • Garnish with the saffron strands and powdered cardamom.

  • Cocktail Kheer Recipe

    Ingredients of Cocktail Kheer:

    • 1 Carrot
    • 1 Liter milk
    • 2 tbsp Ghee
    • 250 gms Sugar
    • 3-4 cups Hot Water
    • 8 Pista
    • 4 Elaichi
    • 8 Badam
    • 8 Kaju

    How to make Cocktail Kheer:

    • Soak pista and badam in hot water for about an hour.
    • Meanwhile grind the carrot after peeling off its skin.
    • Heat ghee in a pan and add elaichi to it.
    • When it gets fried, grind it to a powder.
    • Peel off pista and badam skin and blend them in the mixer adding a little milk (2-3 tbsp).
    • Boil the remaining milk in a nonstick pan for about 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.
    • Now add the pista -badam paste, grounded carrot and the elaichi powder to milk.
    • Stir the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
    • Now add sugar and boil for another 10 minutes.
    • Cocktail Kheer is ready to serve.

    Step 1

    Mix corn flour in 1 cup of water

    Allow it to dissolve properly.

    Dissolve saffron in water.

    Mix 3 cups of water in sugar and boil for it for sometime.

    Add milk and boil it for 5 minutes.

    Step 6

    Mix corn flour and saffron mixture to it.

    Cook the mixture over medium heat.As the mixture turns thick, start adding oil.
