    • 1 pound tuna fish fillets
    • 1 cup boiled red beans
    • 1/4 cup steak sauce
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp dried oregano, crushed
    • 1 tbsp cornflour
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • salt to taste

    FOR SERVING:

    • potato chips and Steamed broccoli

    Step 1

    TO MAKE FISH STEAK:

    Place fish in a large bowl. Add steak sauce, lemon juice, garlic and ginger, oregano and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, grill fish until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Step 2

    TO MAKE FISH SAUCE:

    Meanwhile, saute onion in oil until little brown. Season with salt and black pepper. Add red beans. Dissolved cornflour in little water. Pour cornflour mixture over the beans. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked thorough.

    Step 3

    To PROCEED:

    Transfer fish in a serving platter. Pour bean sauce over the steak. Delicious Tuna fish steak with Beans Sauce is ready to serve.
