    • 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Place butter and flour in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

    Step 2

    Stir in the Cheddar cheese, pecans, salt, red pepper and hot pepper sauce. Shape the dough into a roll and wrap in parchment paper.

    Step 3

    Refrigerate for 8 hours or over night.

    Step 4

    Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut dough into very thin wafers. Place wafers on a greased baking sheet

    Step 5

    Bake 20 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown. Cheese Wafers are ready to serve. Enjoy!!

    • 500 gm white chocolate
    • 50 gm red chilly flakes

    Step 1

    Sprinkle  Red Chilly flakes in a any mould of your choice.

    Step 2

    Pour  Melted White Chocolate on it.

    Step 3

    Tap Mould thoroughly to take out air bubbles.

    Step 4

    Top up the mould with chocolate.

    Step 5

    Cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

    Step 6

    Demould and arrange on a platter. Paprika Wafers are ready to serve.
