Ingredients:
- 4 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup paneer, grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup french beans,thinly sliced
- a pinch of garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 4 tsp green peas
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp raisins
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- Salt to taste
How to make tandoori Capsicum:
- Slice the capsicum at the stem end and scoop out the seeds and save the stem end.
- Heat oil,add cumin and let it splutter.
- Add ginger and garlic pastes and saute for a few minutes.
- Add all vegetables and stir fry. Season with salt and red chili powder.
- Fry till oil separates.
- Take off from the heat.
- Add grated paneer and garam masala.
- Cool the mixture.
- Add cashew nuts, raisins and coriander.
- Stuff the capsicums with the mixture.
- Cover with stem end and secure with toothpicks.
- Skewer the capsicums and grill for 5 minutes or bake in a tandoor for 8 minutes.
- Serve hot.
