Ingredients

  • 500 gm boneless beef
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon chili mili boti kebab masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon aniseeds
  • 1/2 bunch fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Instructions

  • Place beef in a large bowl.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, coriander leaves, lemon juice, aniseeds, chili mili boti kebab masala and salt.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Put the beef pieces on the metal skewers.
  • Roast it or steam it until meat is tender.
  • Now fry kebab's for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Chili Mili boti kebab is ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with naan, salad and imli ki chutney.
