Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1 orange
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Method

  • Chop all fruits then put into a bowl.
  • Then add coriander leaves, vinegar, oil, lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Chinese Fruit Salad is ready to serve.Enjoy!
