Curly Fries Recipe

Ingredients
500
gm potatoes
2
tbsp
rice flour
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
salt
Oil for frying
Instructions
Method
Wash potatoes then peel.
Cut each potato into two pieces.
Now cut into thin slices with a curly cutter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle rice flour over it.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
Deep fry potatoes on medium flame for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Curly Fries are ready to serve.
Notes
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with Tomato ketchup.
