mango - peeled
seeded and cubed

nonfat milk

ice cubes

honey

white sugar

lemon juice
Instructions
Method
Place the mango, sugar, and honey in a blender.
Pour in the milk and lemon juice.
Process until well blended and smooth.
Divide the ice cubes between 2 glasses.
Pour mango smoothie over the ice.
Stir well.
Honey-Mango Smoothie is ready now.
Serve immediately.
