Ingredients
2
cups
wheat flour
3
tbsp
mint leaves
finely chopped
3
tbsp
cooking oil
1/2
tsp
chili powder
1/2
tsp
carom seeds
1/2
tsp
salt
ghee as required
Instructions
Method
In a bowl, combine together wheat flour, carom seeds, salt, chili powder, oil.
Gradually add water and knead a soft dough.
Make small balls out of the dough.
Roll into a quarter plate size.
Spread 1 tbsp of ghee over it.
Cut a slit from the outer edge till the centre.
Start rolling from the slit to form cone.
Roll out to a thick paratha.
Sprinkle mint leaves on it.
Roll again.
Heat a griddle( tawa) over medium heat.
Put paratha on hot griddle.
Fry paratha on each sides for 2 minutes or until light golden.
Lacha Pudina Paratha is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
