- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Step 1
In a large shallow bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Add chicken and turn to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 3
Place cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Coat marinated chicken with crumbs. Turn to coat.
Step 4
Transfer to a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, Combine together the butter and oil.
Drizzle butter mixture over the chicken.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 hour minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear. Baked Garlic Chicken is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
