Ingredients for Chinese Plum Sauce:
- 2 cups plum jelly, melted
- 1 clove , minced
- 1 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger root, Minced
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
How to make Chinese Plum Sauce:
- Put all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well until smooth.

- Fill and seal jars; process in boiling water bath for 30 minutes.
