- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- honey as desired

Step 1
Take a large pan, combine the lemon grass with 8 cups of fresh water.
Step 2
Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until it reduces to about 6 cups.
Step 4
Remove from the flame. Stir in the lemon juice and honey.
Step 5
Cover and allow it to infuse for few minutes.
Step 6
Strain and pour into teacups. Lemongrass Tea is ready to serve, ENJOY!!
