- 500 gm ground beef
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 12 dinner rolls, frozen
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- water as required
- salt to taste
- 1 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
Grease a cookie sheet and place dinner rolls on it.
Step 2
Let rise for 15-20 minutes or until almost double.
Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet , add ground beef. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until brown.

Season with salt and taco seasoning mix.
Step 5
Add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes or until meat is tender..

Heat 1 cup oil in a frying pan.

Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
