California Coleslaw Recipe

  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, shredded
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Step 1

Place the cabbage, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and carrot in a large bowl.
Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, vegetable oil and sugar.
Step 3

Pour this dressing over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4

Toss the mixture until vegetables are fully coated with the dressing. California Cole Slaw is ready to serve. ENJOY!
