Step 1
In a small bowl, combine together the yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Place cabbages, carrots, green onions, and Granny Smith apple in a salad bowl. Pour dressing over the salad. Toss well to mix.
Step 3
Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Apple Coleslaw is ready to serve.
