- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Hot cooked rice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
Step 2
Greased a 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and chicken in oil until browned.

Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix together the apricot preserves, barbecue sauce, water and onion soup mix.
Step 6
Pour sauce over the chicken.
Step 7
