- 3 – 1/2 cup flour
- 6 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ghee
- 3 cups curd
- salt – very little
- 2 cardamoms
- 1/4 kg oil

Step 1
Mix ghee, curd, baking powder, salt and maida like a chapati dough use curd to make soft dough,no water.
Step 2
Keep the mix in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
Prepare sugar syrup to string consistency.
Step 4
Add cardamom powder to it and keep aside.
Step 5
Make lemon size round balls with the mix and press with your thumb on the ball.
Step 6
Heat oil and fry these balls on medium low heat until balls golden brown then and add to sugar syrup. Badusha is ready to serve. Enjoy!
