Ingredients of Bangla Meatballs:
To make meat balls:
- 500 gm ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Green Chillies , chopped
- Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 2 tsp
- All Spice Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Egg 2
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Bead Crumb 100 gm
- Flour 50 gm
To make sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pineapple Juice 3/4 cup
- Dark Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- White Vinegar 2 tsp
- Fresh Ginger 1 tsp
- Chilli-Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
How to make Bangla Meatballs:
- Mix all the ingredients with ground beef, then make them like balls.
- After bake all the meat balls in a fry pan until browned and cooked.
- Bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil over medium heat once the meatballs are cooked.
- Place them in a serving dish and pour the sauce over.
- Bangla Meatballs are ready to serve.
