    • 2 eggs
    • 6 green chilies
    • 4 tablespoon flour

    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon chicken masala
    • a pinch of red color

    • Oil for deep frying

    Step 1

    Cut the wings into two, chop the end bone,pull the flesh up with the skin and remove the thin bone and mould into a lollipop.

    Step 2

    Boil the lollipops with ½ cup water, ½ tsp.salt for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    Remove and cool.

    Step 4

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except lollipops and prepare a thick batter.

    Step 5

    Heat oil in a deep pan, dip lollipop into the thick batter and fry on medium heat to a light brown colour.

    Step 6

    Remove from the oil and absorb on paper towel. Chicken Lollipop is ready to serve.

    Ingredients:

    • 170 gm brown sugar
    • ¾ cup  hot water
    • 330 gm rice flour, seived
    • 60 gm baking powder
    • 60 gm grated coconut
    • 60 gm roasted peanut, crushed
    • 60 gm sesame seeds, roasted
    • 3 tablespoon castor sugar
    • Oil for frying

    Directions:

    • Take hot water and dissolve the sugar in it and then add the sherry.
    • Allow to cool.
    • Add baking powder to the flour and make a stiff dough of this(do not knead).
    • Roll the dough to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
    • Cut this roll into 1/2 ” slices and then flatten to 2″ in diameter.
    • Mix the coconut, peanuts and castor sugar together and place a tablespoon of this filling in the middle of each slice.
    • Now bring the edge of each slice together and then roll it to form a ball.
    • Put sesame seeds on a plate and roll each ball in it.
    • Deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
    • Chinese Doughnuts are ready to serve.
    • Serve at room temperature.

    • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

    • Place chicken in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Continue cooking 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound boneless chicken
    • 1 egg lightly beaten 2 boiled potatoes
    • 2 boiled potatoes
    • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    • 2 tbsp chicken tikka spice
    • 1 tbsp yogurt
    • 1 tsp crushed red chili
    • 24 roll sheets
    • Oil for frying

    Instructions

    Method

    • Cut chicken into thin strips.
    • Place chicken strips, yogurt in a large bowl.
    • Season with chicken tikka spice.
    • Mix well.
    • Cover and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
    • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook chicken for 10 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.
    • Turn the heat off and take it out in a bowl.
    • Add boiled potatoes and cheese.
    • Mix well.
    • Let it to cool completely.
    • Place the 2 tablespoon chicken mixture in one corner of the roll sheets.
    • Fold the sheet.
    • Spread egg on the edges and roll up tightly.
    • Repeat this procedure with remaining ingredients.
    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    • Fry chicken rolls for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
    • Mini Chicken Rolls are ready to serve.

    • 3 mangoes peeled, pitted, and cut into 1-inch chunks
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    • 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar

    • In a blender, add mangoes, lime juice and confectioners’ sugar.
    • Process until smooth.

    • 1 liter milk
    • 2 tbsp rice flour( soak in 1/2 cup milk)
    • 1 cup pineapple chunks
    • 1 tin ( 400 gm) condensed milk

    Method

    • Place pineapple in a blender.
    • Process until smooth.
    • Take it out in a bowl.
    • Set aside.
    • Pour milk in a saucepan and let it come to a gentle boil.
    • Now add the soaked rice flour.
    • Stirring constantly with a whisk to prevent any lumps from forming.

    • Keep stirring and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
    • Now add condensed milk and cook 2 minutes longer or until phirni is thick and done.
