- 2 big brinjals
- 1-1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- water as required
- oil for frying

Directions:

Step 1
Wash brinjal and cut into thick round slices.
Step 2
Soak into cold water and set aside.
Step 3
Take a bowl , add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt and water to make a thick and smooth paste.
Step 4
Keep aside for 15 min.
Step 5
Now heat oil in a deep pan.
Step 6
Take a round slice of brinjal and dip in prepared paste.
Step 7
Deep fry for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 8
Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper. Brinjal Pakora is ready to serve.
