  • 1 kg ground beef or chicken mince
  • 2 onion, (chop and fry in 2 tablespoon oil until slightly brown)
  • 3 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp dry milk pwoder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds, roasted and crushed
  • 1 tsp raw papaya
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds, roasted and crushed
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp black cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp kebab chini
  • salt to taste

Step 1

Place mince in a large mixing bowl. Now add all ingredients in it. Mix well.

Step 2

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.

Step 3

Make kebabs and BBQ on charcoal until cooked through.

Step 4

Remove from the skewers.

Step 5

Transfer into a platter.

Step 6

Garnish with salad leaves and ring onions. Delicious Bundu Khan Kakori Kebab is ready to serve.

The recipe call for cumin twice…once roasted and crushed and once regular powder. Is this correct?

only 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin.
