Cabbage Raita
Cabbage raita is a simple raita recipe made with yogurt, grated cabbage and spices. This fiber rich raita is tasty and aids in digestion. Fresh Mint adds refreshing minty flavor. Try this cabbage raita recipe during the summers with biryani or Paratha.

- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chat masala

Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add yogurt to it.
Step 2
Whisk with a hand beater until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in green chilies, mint and coriander leaves.
Step 4
Season with cumin, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add cabbage; stir to coat evenly.
Step 6
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
Step 7
Just before serving, sprinkle chat masala over it. Cabbage Raita is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
