    Ingredients

    • 2 large boiled potato, cubed
    • 2 cups plain yogurt
    • 1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
    • 1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp chat masala
    • 1/8 tsp salt

    Method

    • Place yogurt in a mixing bowl.
    • Whisk with little water until smooth.
    • Season with salt and cumin powder.
    • Add potatoes; toss to coat.
    • Sprinkle chat masala over the top.
    • Garnish with fresh coriander.
    • Potato Raita is ready to serve.
