Crunchy French Toast

- 4 bread slices
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- a pinch of cinnamon powder

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the egg, milk and sugar.
Step 2
Stir in the cinnamon powder.
Step 3
Beat until sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Step 4
Cut bread slices into triangles or squares.
Step 5
Now dip each piece into egg mixture then coat one side with cornflakes.
Step 6
Melt butter in a frying pan and fry them on medium flame for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and crunchy.
Step 7
Take it out in a serving plate. Crunchy French Toast is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
