Egg Tikka
Today while I was watching TV, I came across this Egg Tikka recipe. Usually we make egg curry and this one was different and I thought I did give it a try.

- 4 eggs hard boiled
- 2 egg whites
- 2 potatoes
- ½ bunch coriander leaves
- 2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp chopped bread crumbs
- oil for frying
- salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Step 2
Beat the egg whites till they are nice and foamy.
Step 3
Add the pepper, salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Step 4
Now take the eggs and cut it into halves.
Step 5
Take a half and cover it with the potato mixture.
Step 6
Then dip it into the egg white and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
Step 7
Ensure that each piece is covered with potato, egg white and then bread crumbs evenly.
Step 8
Take a frying pan and pour oil enough for frying.
When the oil is very hot add the eggs and fry till they a deep brown.
Step 9
Garnish with chopped coriander.Egg Tikka is ready to serve.
